Work description:

Base support for US Time Management activities (time schema, time evaluation process, work schedules, ATS).
Primary skill set required:
- 3 years US Time Management support experience
- Thorough knowledge of the time schema, time evaluation process, and CATS
- Extensive experience configuring work schedules, absence quotas, and absence/attendance type codes
- Extensive experience writing calculation rules and schema and debugging time evaluation schema
- High analytical skills for troubleshooting
- Experience gathering requirements and writing conceptual designs
- Deep understanding of HCM and SAP best practices and the ability to advise clients on these practices

Secondary skill set desired:
- Experience with debugging ABAP code
- Good understanding of the PY and OM/PA module which is necessary to troubleshoot time-related issues
Communication skills:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent english (verbal, written)
